Nerds in the Neighborhood!
Fircrest is a pretty large neighborhood just east of the 205 in Vancouver.Most of the houses in the area were built some time in the 70's. Mostly single story, ranch style 3 bedroom 2 baths. The homes hover right around the 1400 sf range.
In the last 12 months in Fircrest there have been 61 properties sold. The average sale price was $267,765.
